COVID-19 Info
During this unprecedented pandemic, Katie and I have prioritized everyone's safety by adhering to local and CDC recommendations. Please see below what we are doing and what you can do to help ensure our clients and community remain healthy and that Katie and I are able to continue offering in-home care to your beloved pets.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
At Appointments
- Wearing a mask indoors for the entire appointment
- Interacting with minimal people in the household during the visit
- Interacting only with the pet who has the appointment
Telemedicine
Offering telemedicine consults in appropriate situations if an in-person visit is not possible. These virtual visits are not a substitute for in-home care, but they may be helpful in the short term.
In General
· Abiding by the recommendations for social distancing even when not in appointments.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Wear a mask during the entire visit
Let us know in advance if you or anyone in your household:
- Is in a vulnerable population,
- is showing signs of illness such as fever, upper respiratory signs, coughing, sore throat, etc. and if you/they have been tested for COVID-19
- is under quarantine or isolation,
- has had close contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19.
Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us comply with the safety protocols set forth above. By working together, we can all do our part to reduce the impact of COVID-19 in our community.
